INSTRUMEN TES KELUWESAN TEKNIK PUKULAN FOREHAND DENGAN MODEL “LUCKY” PADA PETENIS PEMULA

Abstract

His study aims to create a forehand punch technique flexibility instrument. LUCKY instruments include assessment: grip, ready position, swing, back swing and followtrought. This study uses a survey method with random sampling technique.The technique of collecting data uses tests and measurements. Sample of 40 beginners. Data analysis (1) normality test with Kolomogorov-Smirnov, (2) Barlett's homogeneity test, (3) summing test results with T score, (4) validity with Pearson Product moment correlation technique, (5) reliability test with retest test, and (6) classification norms use standard deviations. Based on the results of the study, suggestions were made for those who pay attention to tennis and the making of forehand test instruments, including: 1) researching with a broader generalization area, at least tertiary institutions throughout Central Java, because universities throughout Central Java DIY have study programs sports, 3) also examine the psychological factors of the sample, and 3) Examine the next level tennis player, namely middle and advanced level tennis players.
