Aims and Scope

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and innovative research within the following core areas:

Sports Health
This section covers research on the physiological, biochemical, and clinical aspects of physical activity and exercise. Topics include exercise physiology, sports nutrition, health promotion, prevention and management of non-communicable diseases, and the role of exercise interventions in improving health outcomes across the lifespan.

Movement Analysis
This area focuses on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of human movement using biomechanical and motor control approaches. Topics include kinematics and kinetics, performance analysis, neuromuscular coordination, injury mechanisms, and the application of advanced technologies (e.g., motion capture systems, wearable sensors) to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.

Sports Physical Therapy
This section addresses evidence-based approaches in the prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. It includes therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, recovery strategies, injury risk assessment, and return-to-play protocols, with an emphasis on improving functional outcomes and athletic performance.

Sports Management
This domain explores the strategic, organizational, and socio-economic dimensions of sport. Topics include sport governance, policy and development, sport marketing, event and facility management, athlete career development, and the integration of sport within community health and sustainable development frameworks.

The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and short communications. Submissions must demonstrate novelty, scientific rigor, and relevance to the international sport science community. Studies employing interdisciplinary approaches, advanced analytical methods, and real-world applications are particularly encouraged.
