Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS) merupakan salah satu keluhan nyeri pada lutut yang sering dialami, terutama pada kelompok usia dewasa dan lansia. Salah satu faktor risiko utama PFPS adalah kelemahan otot dan penurunan fungsional lutut. Ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) sebagai bagian dari masyarakat yang aktif dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sangat rentan terhadap kondisi ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan lutut pada ibu-ibu PKK di Banjar Kalah serta melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya kekuatan otot dan fungsional lutut dalam mencegah PFPS. Melalui pendekatan edukatif, pengabdian ini memberikan informasi mengenai latihan penguatan otot dan perawatan lutut yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu-ibu PKK terhadap pentingnya kekuatan otot dan peran fungsional lutut dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Diharapkan melalui sosialisasi ini, tingkat kejadian PFPS dapat diminimalisir di kalangan ibu-ibu PKK, sehingga mereka dapat tetap aktif dan sehat dalam menjalankan peran mereka di masyarakat.
